Salome Mbithe – Project Manager

Douglas Muthinji Wanja – Senior Consultant
•Douglas holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Arts
•He has a wealth of experience in both qualitative and quantitative research as well as in Monitoring and Evaluation and Data Base Management
•Douglas is proficient in undertaking qualitative and quantitative research, project design, conducting literature reviews and bibliographies, proposal development and report writings, monitoring and evaluation for impact assessments, applying economic knowledge and insights into solving real-life problems

Bernard Ruvuga – Senior Data Analyst
Ruvuga Bernard has a vast experience in data management having worked at Kantar TNS as a Data Processing Supervisor from May 2003 to July 2008.
He got experience in Data analysis using Quantum which was an MSDOS program.
From September 2008 to December 2014, he joined Kantar MillwardBrownas as a data analyst.
He gained more knowledge in the analysis of data using SPSS, data tabulation, and the development of mobile Data Collection tools using Survey ToGo (STG).
From April 2015 to February 2017, he worked with Dalberg Research (Previously known as Research solutions Africa) as a Data Processing Supervisor which entailed developing mobile data collection tools like Survey ToGo and ODK, data tabulations using SPSS, report writing on PowerPoint e.t.c
Currently doing consultancy for different companies within and without Kenya like The Catholic Agency For Overseas Development (CAFOD), Social Development and Policy Consultant (SDPC), Lizzette Agencies, and Ordinary Differences Company.
He can do data collection both qualitative and quantitative, write reports using PowerPoint and MS Word, Scripting of mobile data collection tools using ODK/Survey ToGo, and Data management.
LOICE ACHIENG ODUOL – FIELD SUPERVISOR | MODERATOR
Loice is our all-time field supervisor. She is an expert in this field and has a wealth of experience in the same.
She holds a degree, two diplomas, and a certificate from St Pauls’s university, Institute of Professional Studies, and Compuera College.
