She is a well-seasoned Researcher with over 20 years of experience in the Research Industry.

She has headed the agency for the last 6 years continuously giving clients exemplary results.

Elizabeth managed projects in various countries in Africa among others: DRC, Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Zambia for Millward Brown & Consumer Insight before starting her agency.

Immaculate Kimani – Project Manager

Immaculate has more than 5 years of experience in market research and has worked in leading agencies both local and international.

She is an experienced and responsible project manager ready to work in a team and lead the organization to great success.

In addition, she is an expert moderator in both social and ad hoc research.

Immaculate has a track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality and within the set budget by effectively organizing, managing, and utilizing resources.

She is also actively involved in all aspects of the project life cycle, takes direction well, and works hard to manage stakeholder expectations.

She has an extensive background in international methods for market research and proficiency in digital data collection tools like KOBO, Survey to Go, Zoom, Teams, and Google tools.

Additionally, she is an expert in Microsoft Excel, Statistical Programming, Financial Bookkeeping, and Auditing, Immaculate is also an expert in – Python, R, Julia, C, and Latex…

She has worked with the Munich Re Foundation, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and East African Breweries Limited (EABL) among other firms.

Bernard Ruvuga – Senior Data Analyst

Ruvuga Bernard has a vast experience in data management having worked at Kantar TNS as a Data Processing Supervisor from May 2003 to July 2008.

He got experience in Data analysis using Quantum which was an MS-DOS program.

From September 2008 to December 2014, he joined Kantar MillwardBrownas as a data analyst.

He gained more knowledge in the analysis of data using SPSS, data tabulation, and the development of mobile Data Collection tools using Survey ToGo (STG).

From April 2015 to February 2017, he worked with Dalberg Research (Previously known as Research Solutions Africa) as a Data Processing Supervisor which entailed developing mobile data collection tools like Survey ToGo and ODK, data tabulations using SPSS, report writing on PowerPoint e.t.c

Currently doing consultancy for different companies within and without Kenya like The Catholic Agency For Overseas Development (CAFOD), Social Development and Policy Consultant (SDPC), Lizzette Agencies, and Ordinary Differences Company.

He can do data collection both qualitative and quantitative, write reports using PowerPoint and MS Word, Scripting of mobile data collection tools using ODK/Survey ToGo, and Data management.

LOICE ACHIENG ODUOL – FIELD SUPERVISOR | MODERATOR

Loice is our all-time field supervisor. She is an expert in this field and has a wealth of experience in the same.

She holds a degree, two diplomas, and a certificate from St Paul’s University, Institute of Professional Studies, and Compuera College.

She is an expert in the moderation of IDIs, FGDs, and ethnographics.
